Creative Direction

From 2010, Laura R. Mitre led the creative direction and development of a comprehensive portfolio of educational materials designed for global audiences. Her work encompassed eLearning courses, instructional videos, printed educational resources, multimedia assets, and Learning Management System (LMS) content, all created to deliver engaging, effective, and accessible learning experiences.

Originally developed in English, these materials were later localized into more than 22 languages, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for international audiences. Each project required close collaboration with subject matter experts, strategic content management, multimedia production, and meticulous synchronization of narration, animation, graphics, and instructional design to create seamless learning experiences.

The portfolio featured here includes a representative sample of 15 online training videos developed to educate healthcare professionals, certified product trainers, and patients in the safe and effective use of diabetes management technologies. The complete learning ecosystem also included printed educational materials and fully integrated LMS courses, demonstrating Laura's expertise in creative direction, instructional design, multimedia production, localization, and global learning strategy.
