Conscious Remembering™

Conscious Remembering™  is a type of hypnosis that combines elements of traditional hypnosis with other techniques such as psychology, quantum healing, energy work, and guided meditation. Conscious Remembering® was developed by Laura Mitre in 2020 as a way to help people access their inner wisdom and achieve spiritual growth and healing.

During a Conscious Remembering session, the client is guided into a deep state of relaxation and trance. The hypnotist then asks the client a series of questions designed to help them access their Supra Conscious mind. The questions are usually open-ended and are designed to elicit detailed responses and descriptions. As the session progresses, the hypnotist may guide the client through speaking to his soul, or souls through a series of past life regressions, visiting alternate lives, or explore the client's current life experiences and relationships. The hypnotist may also incorporate elements of energy work, such as Reiki or chakra balancing, astral travel and channelling to help the client release emotional or energetic blockages.

One of the unique aspects of Conscious Remembering is the focus on the client's inner wisdom and intuition. The hypnotist encourages the client to trust their own inner guidance and to connect with their Higher Self or spiritual guides during the session. This allows the client to gain deeper insights into their own spiritual path and to make positive changes in their life based on their own inner wisdom.

Conscious Remembering is a newer hypnosis technique that includes aspects of introspective hypnosis and tapping into the quantum field, along with sound therapy, light therapy, and energy points alignment also known as chakras. Here are the general steps for the sessions:

1. Trust: It is imperative for the client to trust the therapist. We strongly recommend not to have a session for "just being curious".

2. Relaxation: The hypnotist will guide the client into a state of relaxation, which may involve deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or other relaxation techniques. Through a series of key words the hypnotist can activate the right side of the brain to access valuable information.

3. Visualization: Once the memories are triggered, we will use visualization techniques to help the client enter a deeper state of relaxation and induce astral traveling through time and space to access valuable information that can help the client.

4. Deepening: The hypnotist will deepen the state of hypnosis by guiding the client into a deeper level of relaxation, such as a trance state or a dream-like state.

5. Exploration: Once the client is in a deep state of hypnosis, the hypnotist will guide them to explore their inner world and Supra Conscious mind. This may involve asking the client to recall past memories, explore their emotions and beliefs, or connect with their higher self, multi version of him/her self, spirit guides and/or loved ones in spirit form.

6. Healing: The hypnotist will work with the client's belief system to identify and heal any emotional, physical, or spiritual issues that are impacting their well-being. This may involve guiding the client to connect with their inner wisdom, higher self, dead relatives, akashic records, infinite wisdom, and but not limited to the Universal Mind and find solutions to their problems.

7. Re-emergence: Once the hypnosis session is complete, all the questions have been asked and healing and upgrade to the client's physical apparatus has been done, the hypnotherapist will guide the client back to a state of wakefulness and alertness. This may involve slowly counting up from 1 to 5 or using other techniques to help the client reorient themselves to their surroundings.

It's important to note that the specific steps and techniques used in Conscious Remembering induction may vary depending on the hypnotist and the client's needs and goals.
